3D Doll Jelly Cake- Pandan Layer Cake

Actually I planned to make doll jelly cake using full jelly recipe but finally I changed my mind to make pandan layer cake as the base for the skirt. I used pan from wilton and just arange the cake and pandan jelly in the mould. Once finished, i put in the fridge for about half and hour and then later i un mould the skirt. Then i put doll body on top of the skirt and decorated with white flower from fondant. My girl really love it.
