Fresh Coconut Jelly

Due to request from my hubby and my kids, i make this coconut jelly for second time. They really love the taste. Very refreshing if you can find fresh young coconuts.It can be eaten using spoon but If you use a straw and suck out coconut jelly into your throat. It was fantastic , you can feel the rush of the chilled jelly rushing through your system and yet so satisfying.
