Pandan layered cake ordered by my hubby’s friend.

Vanilla cake layered with pastry cream and kiwi and topped with kiwi fruit, strawberry and peach. I used instant jelly to glaze the fresh fruit to make it shiny. I used Instant jelly from Harvest Bakery Ingredients S dn Bhd since it has Halal certification from Jakim.
