  This is my first try making red velvet cake with cream cheese topping. I luv the taste, a bit different from normal cake. Less chocolaty. I like the red color also.

  This week i luv to deco cake with fondant. The reason is bcoz I can use my air brush to color it and so easy. I used Pearl and bronze sheen color from Americolor . This is my first try to make 3D fondant cake. My little girl requested to make handbag cake for her. she likes pink color and i used my air brush to color the cake. I used Americolor Sheen color for pink and gold and i luv the result. It is amazing and it make my deco easier to color the fondant. I know i need a lot of improvement on the deco and i will try to make this cake again.
