This is my first try making red velvet cake with cream cheese topping. I luv the taste, a bit different from normal cake. Less chocolaty. I like the red color also.

Fondant Cake with pearl and bronze color

 

This week i luv to deco cake with fondant. The reason is bcoz I can use my air brush to color it and so easy.

I used Pearl and bronze sheen color from Americolor . The result is amazing it make my cake look pearl shiny and the color of the flower like real bronze.

My first 3D Handbag Cake

This is my first try to make 3D fondant cake. My little girl requested to make handbag cake for her. she likes pink color and i used my air brush to color the cake. I used Americolor Sheen color for pink and gold and i luv the result. It is amazing and it make my deco easier to color the fondant. I know i need a lot of improvement on the deco and i will try to make this cake again.
